Delete your HELD account

You can permanently remove your account and workspace from inside HELD.

Delete in the app

  1. Open HELD and sign in to the account you want to remove.
  2. Open Settings, then Account.
  3. Tap Delete account.
  4. Read the warning and confirm Delete permanently.

The request is protected by your current authenticated session. HELD signs you out after deletion succeeds.

What is removed

Deletion removes your profile, event types, availability, hosted bookings, booking links, contacts, workflows, routing forms, team workspace data, calendar connections, and stored provider credentials. Your public booking links stop working.

Account deletion cannot be undone.

Cannot access the app?

Email privacy@heldcalendar.com from the address connected to your HELD account. We may request verification before deleting the account.
