What happens when I share my booking link?
Your normal public link opens your calendar so a client can pick an available date and time. An event-specific link opens that event’s own booking page—your client doesn’t need to choose from a list of your event types.
Can two people book me at the same time?
HELD checks your existing bookings across your links and event types. It checks the slot again when a booking is confirmed, so two one-on-one bookings can’t take the same time.
Do clients need a HELD account?
No. They can choose an available time and enter their booking details on your public page. Your HELD account is for managing your own workspace.
Does the website use the same account as the app?
Yes. Sign in with the same email address. We send a one-time code to that address, and your account and plan status stay connected.
Will I be charged when I create an account?
No. Start with a 14-day no-card trial. After it ends, the subscription is $1.99/month. You will need to choose and approve payment through PayPal; the no-card trial does not charge you automatically. An approved subscription renews monthly until cancelled.
Can I download the app today?
HELD is currently in Google Play closed testing. Approved testers can install it using the Google account they joined testing with. Creating a website account alone does not grant access to the closed test.
