Terms of Service

These terms govern access to and use of HELD. By creating an account or using a HELD booking page, you agree to these terms.

The service

HELD provides scheduling tools, including availability management, event types, public booking pages, calendar connections, workflows, polls, routing, and team features. Features may vary by platform, region, and integration availability.

Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for information submitted through your account and for protecting access to it. You may not use HELD to violate law, infringe rights, distribute harmful material, interfere with the service, mislead invitees, or obtain unauthorized access to another account or system.

Free launch access

All HELD product features are available without charge through January 1, 2027. No payment method is required. If paid access is introduced later, its price, renewal period, included features, and cancellation method will be shown before purchase. HELD will not charge users automatically; paid access requires a separate, explicit opt-in.

Hosts and invitees

Workspace owners control their event types, availability, booking questions, and meeting terms. HELD facilitates scheduling but is not a party to services arranged between a host and an invitee. Hosts are responsible for lawful collection and use of invitee information.

Integrations

External calendars, video services, payment services, and other integrations are operated by third parties. Their availability and terms may change. HELD is not responsible for a third-party service outside HELD’s control.

Availability and liability

HELD is provided on an “as available” basis. We work to make scheduling reliable, but cannot promise uninterrupted operation or that every third-party integration will always be available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HELD is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the service.

Changes and termination

We may update the service or these terms as the product and legal requirements evolve. Material changes will be communicated where reasonably required. Access may be suspended for misuse, security risk, or violation of these terms.
